Venezuela's AI Bill: A Step Toward Ethical and Transparent Technological Development

It is reported that the National Assembly of Venezuela is set to review the Artificial Intelligence Bill during the first quarter of 2025. This regulatory framework comprises 57 articles across four chapters, with a focus on overseeing and controlling AI usage while fostering education and development of this technology in line with ethical principles. Notably, it proposes the establishment of a National AI Agency, a regulatory body designed to enhance transparency throughout the process.
