Somalia DPA Guidance on Data Protection Act 2023

On 3 February 2024, the Data Protection Authority (DPA) of Somalia published the Guidance on the Data Protection Act 2023. The Guidance sets out the contents, scope, key definitions, and obligations under the Act.
