Investigation into YANGO concerning unauthorised audio recording of communications

On 23 August 2023, the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) issued a decision concerning its investigation into Yango LLC, a ride-hailing platform, and its data protection practices for the purpose of ensuring drivers’ safety.
